Congratulations to Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital, Mountain View Hospital, Midwest Surgical Hospital, South Texas Surgical Hospital, and OakLeaf Surgical Hospital for the much deserved recognition of Healthgrades' 2022 Patient Safety Excellence Award. The award recognizes the top 10% of hospitals in the nation for patient safety with the lowest occurrences of preventable safety events. Hospitals were selected based off 2018-2020 Medicare data on 14 identified patient safety indicators as defined by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Click here to see the full list.
