Justin Oppenheimer was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Surgery Partners in January 2026. Previously, he led strategy and operations at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), the world’s leading academic system focused on musculoskeletal care. Prior to HSS, Mr. Oppenheimer was a management consultant at the Monitor Group where he served Fortune 500 companies across the healthcare industry. Mr. Oppenheimer received a BA in Political Economy and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
